Magnolia Network Agreement

The Magnolia Network Agreement is a subscription that entitels you to:

  • deploy Magnolia Network Software (e.g. the Enterprise Edition)
  • update your Magnolia Network Software as often as you wish
  • receive unlimited hours of support on issues regarding installation and operation of Magnolia Network Software (see MNA for details)
  • access documentation
  • access the issue tracker
  • purchase additional support agreements

The main benefit of a subscription is that there is no up-front license to be paid. The Network Subscription commonly is booked as software maintenance cost.

All prices are per server (virtual counts as physical) and per year unless noted otherwise. Amongst others, limitations to the number of processors, CPU's, Web-Application-Servers, and Magnolia instances per server may exist. Please read the Magnolia Network Agreement for all details. If you have any doubt what constitutes a server or how many licenses you need, please contact us. Swiss customers add 7.6% V.A.T.

Upgrades / Prolongation

Your subscription to the Magnolia Network Agreement will automatically be prolonged unless you (or we) cancel the subscription at least 30 days before it terminates. You will receive a new invoice with the then applicable subscription fees. Please read the MNA for details.

Academic / Educational Discounts
Academic discounts are available for universities and schools. If you qualify, you receive a 25% discount on the standard network subscription price (some exceptions may apply). Proof of your educational status will be required, which you may fax to +41 61 228 9001.

Non-Profit Discounts
There are certain organisations whose purpose is to make the world a better place, and we are proud to help them achieve that.

Official non-profit organisations and charities (proof of non-profit status is required, please fax at +41 61 228 9001) generally receive a 25% discount on the standard Magnolia Network Agreement subscription fee (some exceptions may apply).

Non-Profit discounts are available for organisations which are:

  • non-profit,
  • non-government,
  • non-academic and
  • non-commercial

in nature, that would not otherwise be able to afford a Magnolia Network Subscription. If your organisation is philanthropic in nature then you probably qualify.
